Focus on and share your strengths. This is your power.
When you use a skill you are good at and enjoy – it makes you stronger. You feel more confident and more willing to take a risk.
Your competence always leads to your confidence.
It’s very inspiring to see someone authentically sharing their passions. Before my keynote speech at the Indiana Association of Student Councils the Executive Director, Rob Zeider brought greetings to the entire delegation. He didn’t just welcome attendees with words. Instead, he sang the beautiful song “Back Home Again in Indiana.” Rob is a retired choir director and a gifted singer. He was sharing his passion of song in a beautiful way that welcomed everyone.
We grow from our strengths. Ground yourself in what you love.
Your competence always leads to your confidence.
What are your strengths? What differentiates you?
