There is so much to be learned from being true to yourself. That gnawing sense of what we KNOW we need to do is so strong when we’re faced with BIG decisions. Sometimes it is irritating. But it is trying hard to lead you to the right choice.
Things go wrong in organizations. Bummer, but true. Usually when the “stuff” hits the fan, it’s when we stray from what we know to be true. No matter the size of the organization or the level of leadership — our legacy is deeper and wider when we live within the space of our own honesty.
